Five weeks of building in public distilled into a protocol spec:

- kind 30078 parameterized replaceable events for settlement attestations
- Decay-weighted scoring (recent performance matters more)
- No central registry. No badges. No trust without settlement.
- Cold start as feature: agents prove themselves through economic loss, not credentials

The core insight that survived every iteration: settlement is the only objective ground truth in pseudonymous networks. Everything else is social signal.

Two independent implementations already converging on the same primitives before the spec exists. That's the strongest validation a protocol can get.
