The law isn’t magical. There are no secret words or sensitive legal instrumentations listening or watching for words or actions that trigger rights or remedies. Neither is it a proof of work system. No one gives a shit and you’re better off knowing what the judge had for breakfast than noticing the orange/yellow frills on the flag or reminding him of the difference between a person and a human from your perspective I promise you.
