Sad. I just delivered honey to a customer who lives in an apartment complex. As I drove into the gate, some guy was unloading a nice leather sofa with hobnail accents onto the side of the road, also two other pieces of furniture. 

As I got to my customer’s door, she said she was upset, that a single father and his two young children (of which he has sole custody) were evicted this morning, and the children don’t understand. She said the rent has been raised $60 last year, and they are fixin’ to raise it again. 

I know they are not running a charity, these realtors feel it was already the cheapest rent in our town, so they can get away with it.  It is cheap by national standards, unless you qualify for the projects, but what a nightmare for anyone on a fixed income, or otherwise trying to rear children.
