I asked helped for my municipality where I live for urgent housing since my landlord giving me ultimatum to move out in 3 month .

I asked helped once : 
They said “ your not eligible “ 

I asked helped twice :
They said “ your not eligible “ 

I won’t asked for thrice .

If they can not help its citizen in need help , why would you want to stay on that municipality ? 
My late husband pay  tax  on that municipality , the least thing they can do is to help my me and my son finding housing . 

The system is broken !
