    People tend to stop breathing a lot in the middle of the night. It’s just your involuntary breathing hitting the peak resistance for taking a breath in. Open up those airways.

    Breathe in life. Sleep is when you heal, give your organs and muscles oxygen when they need it most. During recovery.
