Working on sharing files via DM on Bloom for when you want to share stuff privately instead of as a note.

1. Integrated into the Share UI so you can choose between share as note or share as DM.
2. Preview has all the file info including the hash/download link/preview/etc.

This is done via gift-wrapped DMs so your client should support NIP-59 (thanks Amethyst!). It might make sense to support just standard NIP-04 DMs for wider compatibility, or maybe we just shame clients who don't support them lol. I might just let the user choose but I don't think most people give a crap about the difference.
