There aren’t words to describe how sickening it is that so many women, children, and men are literally enslaved by criminals who use another person’s life for their own pleasure or profit. And sadly, the problem in Michigan is worse than most other states.
I am proud to introduce a package of bills in partnership with the Attorney General and a bipartisan group of legislators from the Senate and House designed to make Michigan one of the toughest states in the country when it comes to human trafficking.
