i checked out from Marriott in Jacksonville and am in a Hilton in Orlando again

Hilton is delivering 260 mbit up and down. Marriott was doing 6 megabit.

granted, last week in another Hilton i was getting only about 30 megabit but Hilton is ALWAYS faster ( on the paid $5 / day plan ) than Marriott ( which only offers the free base wifi )

when ordering WIFI from Hilton do it one day at a time. i purchased several days once for a higher price and next day i had to purchase it again anyway - it's an accounting bug.

and Marriott's limitation isn't even the megabit rate. i am actually able to stream 1080p porn in Marriott so the bitrate is OK. but it LAGS and sometimes drops the connection completely. this happens A LOT.

just go with Hilton.
