Literally everything you know about nutrition is pure BS. Sitting to eat with liquids is detrimental for digestion. Eating fruit as a “dessert” will create fermentation before you can process the rest of the food (that takes longer time for digestion), combining different type of food/ “many colors” of fruits and veggies at the same time? BAAAD
WHY? There’s different types of enzimes required to process each type of food! And some of them are not compatible with others; so when mixing those non compatibles, you are only absorbing MACRONUTRIENTS (fat, protein,carbs..) but not the MICROS (vitamins,antioxidants, etc) also; many of those combinations might create temporary digestive issues!
And if you think digestion is not that important, let me remind you that 90% of serotonin is produced from the gut; NOT THE BRAIN!
