As we get older,
it becomes harder to be moved — not because of age, but because of everything we’ve seen.
And yet, in some strange way, it also becomes easier — not just because of age, but because of what we’ve come to understand.
Years ago, a few of us from different parts of the world found each other by chance. And somehow, we’ve just kept going.
The late nights, the intensity, the hoarse voices echoing through those startup tech parks — a lot of that is gone now.
But in its place, there’s something warmer. Something more real.
I used to teach sales management, and I always said that sincerity was the foundation of a good salesperson.
But the further I go in life, the more I realize how rare it really is —
sincere people, sincere hearts, sincere words.
Rare as gold.
Maybe the problem is me.
Maybe the way I see the world has changed.
Still, I think people who can feel warmth are lucky.
Even if it only lasts for a moment.
I find myself craving those warm words.
Wanting to reach out and touch the sincerity inside them —
even if just for a little while.
