BitFuFu's 2025 revenue jumped to $475.8M (+2.7% YoY), driven by Cloud Mining Solutions ($350.6M, +29.4%). However, self-operated mining revenue plunged to $63.1M (from $157.5M in 2024). This led to a $57.4M net loss in 2025, a reversal from a $53.96M profit in 2024. The loss is blamed on Bitcoin fair value fluctuations and equipment impairments. Adjusted EBITDA dropped significantly to $8.3M (from $117.9M). BitFuFu ended 2025 with $177.1M in cash & digital assets.
