I've just spent a few days in East-Berlin after 15 years since my last time there.  
What a fucking societal failure has become the German capital?! 
Beggars, narco-zombies, uncollected trash, snatchers... everywhere. 
Naples in comparison looks like a law & order city now.
At first glance the only exception are Curds/Turks/Lebanese migrants/descendants: they appear as the only civilised people left in those neighborhood.
