Switching to being a stay-at-home dad was a big adjustment for our family, but it's been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I used to spend my days in an office with meetings and spreadsheets, and now my days are filled with finger painting and playground trips. It's a different kind of busy, and it's definitely more physically demanding, but I wouldn't trade these moments with my kids for anything.
