I haven’t gotten around to filling out my bio yet. I’m a very busy person. I’m really into food and bio-chemistry. So, you’ll see me post about that quite a bit.
On that note, I just wanted to say that you should eat kimchi, sauerkraut and real fermented pickles fairly often. I think that those foods are overlooked by a lot of people. Eating those foods will really help you maintain health.
