Ok, so, Jay Shah is doing a fairly good job as per his contribution towards Indian cricket is concerned. 
Recent Men's T20 World Cup victory and last year's India Women's Cricket World Cup victory!
He is delivering results. Scrutinization and criticism come when results are bad. As long as he his delivering results, there is no reason for questioning his methods or micro management style.

If results don't turn out in the expected lines, then questions will arise. In the recent times India's performance in test matches is a point of concern. But in the white ball games, team India is doing fairly good job. Franchise cricket is also good.
So, ignore the noise and criticism, and ignore the shit eaters in noise media, they are always looking for breaking news. 
But there is work to be done in the test match arena, India are usually a good test playing nation.😄☕👍.
